The process

Six stages, one spec.

Tell us where you are, we'll meet you there.

01

Direction

A regional snack brand won the shelf space but had no idea what to put on it. We joined their category review, sketched three floor concepts on the spot, and left with a direction the buyer had already nodded at.

02

Concept

A wellness brand has a mood but not a form. We render and deliver three directions next-day — minimal to maximal — so their team can point to the one that feels like them before a single design dollar is committed.

03

Design

A regional beverage brand launch wants a floor unit that looks impossible to build. Our structural team engineers the curves into real parts, holding the shape they’ve fallen for, with aesthetic and economic considerations balanced and baked.

04

Development

A CE brand’s pallet display design passes retailer go-ahead, now it has to ship flat and survive a warehouse club store. We build a prototype, load it past spec, and cut two fulfillment house steps so it can stand up in minutes.

05

Production

A B2B seasonal program means 4,000 units versioned across six retailers and two languages — one deadline. We run graphics, project management, and print under one roof, and hit every shipping window without a single color drifting out of step.

06

Delivery

An OTC brand needed its display live for a national reset week. It landed on-floor, on-spec, and on time — and the reorder came through before the first cases had even sold down.

Orion is a temporary display company built the way the work actually happens: structural design, graphics, and manufacturing run as one process on one spec, instead of handed between vendors and hoping the pieces meet at the floor. We’re family-owned, founded in 2026 on a deep well of POP design and production knowledge — new as a name, but not new to the craft. Faster than the big houses, more capable than the boutiques, and accountable for the sketch holding all the way to the floor.
